Job Description


We are currently recruiting for an Office and Guest Services Support Assistant to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract, based in the Glasgow offices of a client in the financial services industry!

The overall aim of the Office and Guest Services Support Assistant is to take care of the facilities administration, monthly health and safety audits, and to have a positive impact in all areas that Portico cover within the firm’s offices. Alongside this, the Office and Guest Services Support Assistant will also support the team when needed, assisting with security badging, meeting room requests, and covering the reception.

Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7:30am – 6pm


Qualifications


This is a great role for someone who is well organised, flexible, and loves to get involved in various tasks. We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic individual with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for our clients, poses strong communication skills, and demonstrate a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service. Previous is experience in a similar role is essential.
