We are excited to welcome you to join our friendly team where you will have the opportunity to work flexibly across the tier of services which includes:

• Bury Rapid Community Response Service
• Killelea House (Enhanced and residential IMC)
• Home-based Intermediate Care and Reablement

You will be working as part of a large multidisciplinary team that includes: Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Care Support Workers and Administrators.

The Service operates a 7 day service, currently covering the hours of 8am to 8pm, including weekends and you will be expected to work shifts to cover these hours.
