Experienced Nursery Manager - Day Nurseries

Compass Associates are excited to be working with a fantastic large Nursery Group who are looking for and experienced nursery manager to lead their services in Weybridge We are looking for candidates who are currently working as a nursery manager capacity, knowledge of Ofsted.
Within this role you will be responsible for the overall running of the service and provide clear frameworks of multi-disciplinary working and will work towards KPI's, budgets and ensure optimum use of resources to work towards financial targets. Management of staff, recruitment, development and performance will also fall within your remit.
Requirements

• Management experience within nurseries
• Full and relevant level 5 or above Childcare qualification
• Budget management
• Ofsted, governance and compliance

Location
The role is based in Weybridge and is commutable from Esher, Chertsey, Stains-upon-thames, Woking, Cobham and surrounding areas
