We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic dietetic associate/assistant practitioner with an interest in diabetes.

This is a unique opportunity to join Salfords Integrated diabetes team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will work closely with our Highly Specialised diabetes dietitians to enhance our current program of diabetes education within the city, including individual patient support and developing resource and partnership working with our wider community colleagues.
