Job Title: Night Support Assistant
Contract Type: Permanent
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Waking nights on a 5 week rota working 21:30 to 07:30 including alternate weekends
Salary: £21,255 per annum plus 10% night allowance
Location: Simon Mead House, Ashford

You demonstrate an optimistic, flexible, and non-judgemental approach and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with individuals from a variety of different backgrounds. You have experience working in a customer focused environment within a residential setting with a diverse client group of vulnerable adults. You have basic administrative skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Awareness of housing, health and safety legislation and regulations will also be important.
