The City of Lincoln Council’s Rough Sleeping Project Team are looking for an experienced support worker to work with those accommodated through our “Next Steps Accommodation Project”.

Working with persons either at risk of rough sleeping, or having previously slept rough, you will be working to support those in long term supported accommodation as part of the journey to independent tenancies and accommodation. With a typical caseload of 10 service users you will work closely with your service user to determine, coordinate, deliver and link in with other agencies to support to prevent the risk of return to rough sleeping.

Salary: £25,097.00-£27,542.00 per year
