Position: Network Planner
Location: Hybrid role, home based/office (office is Southampton, SO15 8TL)
Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract (full-time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 16:00pm

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Plan and execute shipment across Europe, using Road and Multimodal, working through Excel programmes
  • Operational and customer service responsibilities, dealing with multiple parties, through phone, face to face meetings and on Teams.
  • Working in a team of four
  • Focus on continuous improvement, reworking processes and finding improvements

  • Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook
  • Proactive
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role
