Network Administrator

The role of Network Administrator is very important to us. In the role, you will be responsible for data entry and maintenance within the department and maintain a good level of communication with our partners and internal stakeholders. You will be overseeing at the weekly eroute updates, working closely with the eroute Co-ordinator.

This is a new position within the business, with incredible career progression opportunities through the department, and also across Radius group.

We would love to welcome you to our EuroCard office in Crewe through the hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Salary: £20,500 base + annual bonus

Location: Herald Drive, Crewe, CW1 6EG

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:00pm

What will you be doing as Network Administrator?

• 
  Review and correct European sites with incorrect data flows
• Creation of site records, focusing on information accuracy through excel and internal systems
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure set-ups are completed for all systems
• Proactively communicate new and closed site information across relevant departments
• A regular review meeting with Site Network & eroute Coordinator to ensure all closures / changes / additions are applied accurately.
• Circulate a weekly department performance report (site records in/out) on UK, EU & ROI
• Liaise with internal teams to solve all eroute queries and respond with feedback

What do we expect of you?

• 
  Good knowledge of Microsoft office programmes with a user level knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint
• Organised and an analytical thinker
• Attention to detail, using a proactive approach to capturing errors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Keen to learn and develop within the role
