Key Responsibilities
- Action MD & Promo Pricing
Customer Service/Sales
- Assists customers using basic knowledge of store products; responds to various straight forward customer requests
- Provides information on products to customers and makes product recommendations
- Escalates customer issues to more senior team members
- Impacts the sales results and overall customer experience of the assigned merchandise area
- Demonstrates the RL selling Culture Sales Model
Product Knowledge
- Requires basic knowledge of the merchandise in assigned product area in store
Standard Operating Procedures
- Work may include merchandise processing and stockroom and sales floor organization
- Understand & demonstrate basic knowledge of relevant Dept. SOP’s
- Able to follow Management Direction
Leadership
- Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
- Demonstrates an understanding of the RL Way & CFA’s
- Communicates Effectively with Colleagues & Managers
Competencies
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrate customer service skills according to RL Selling Culture Sales Model
