Multi-trade Operative – Plumber

Due to our continued expansion across the UK, our Facilities Management N’able division currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experience multi-trade operative, specialising in plumbing to joined our established teams in Buxton.

The Role:

As a multi-trade operative, you will be required to deliver a full range of multi-skilled works on taps and toilets and specialist toilets, within High Peaks / Derbyshire covering a variety of N-Able and Norse Eastern Contracts.

You must be able to work on your own proficiently and carry out plumbing multi-trade works without immediate supervision. You will also be able to work from drawings and specifications, requisition the necessary materials and accept responsibility for the proper completion of jobs.

It is essential you consistently provide an excellent service to customers and maintain exemplary performance record against targets to meet the JVC’s expectations.

The role includes works such as; plumbing, carpentry, wall floor tilling and any other multi-skilled work to which you have experience.

Our Successful Candidate:

  • City & Guild or NVQ level 3 in Plumbing
  • Knowledge of good practice relating to Health and Safety Regulations
  • Extensive experience in Plumbing and/or Carpentry
  • Sound knowledge of Bathroom installations
  • Prepared to undertake additional training
  • Full UK Driving Licence to meet the travel requirements of the role
  • As this role may include working in other areas of N-Able business and when required you will be willing to stay overnight.
