We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Supporting the safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to network SLA's/KPI's
• H&S compliance, ensuring and promoting the best H&S Standards using Safe, sound check lists, safety conversations and Gemba problem solving processes
• Supporting First Line Managers with accurate and timely daily brief & de-brief of drivers to the DHL standard
• Vehicle history file admin and up keep (where no regional / site compliance team)
• DHL Training & Licence Checking - admin & update (where there is no regional site/compliance teams)
• Production of daily/weekly/monthly transport reporting
