We have a great opportunity for you to join the Busseys Group and develop a long-term career in an exciting new position.

Our Motability customers are incredibly important to us and making sure we are providing the highest level of support and help is a huge source of pride. We want to take this to the next level with a dedicated account manager who will be responsible for our Motability portfolio.

This involves guiding and supporting our Motability customer’s journey, right from the very start with an explanation and detail on how the scheme works, through to the delight of receiving their new vehicle. The great feedback we continually receive just makes the role even more rewarding so with this move to a dedicated account manager we can take our customers and the role to the next level.

We have developed a different structure for this new position which includes a renumeration package comprising of a high basic together with an incentive payment based on our overall account performance. This approach also allows for flexible working and we are able to look at various options to suit the right person.

The role is based at our Whiffler Road FordStore and if successful, you will be part of a motivated team that is really excited about the evolution towards electric vehicles with Ford Motor Company accelerating into this growing market over the coming months.

Busseys FordStore Norfolk represents the highest level of customer service and professionalism with a long history of success at the pinnacle of the Ford network.

You will:

  • Deliver great, end to end customer journey experiences
  • Develop and expand our Motability fleet account
  • Provide support to our extensive Motability customer database
  • Provide a knowledgeable and detailed customer experience
  • Liaise and coordinate across the business to enhance the entire customer journey
  • Continuously develop in the role with dedicated support from our management team

Previous experience working in the mobility sector or retail motor industry would be an advantage however experience in a customer focused environment is the most important factor. You must have a current UK driving licence.

The Company

Busseys have proudly been a Main Ford Dealer since 1923, over the years we have developed and expanded by acquiring 7 sites across Norfolk. In 2010 we obtained our first Peugeot franchise with a second following in 2016. It is safe to say that we have seen a lot of change! However, one thing has always stayed the same, our hard work and commitment to our customers!

Salary: Up to £27,500.00 per year
