MEP Project Manager

MEP Project Manager required to work for a National client who specialises in major projects within regeneration and construction and who has won a number of awards due to energy/water projects. In this case, a major MOD project consisting of industrial steel frame build and thus the MEP Project Manager would have experience on large projects of this nature.

MEP Project Manager responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical & Plant work
• Manage supervisory staff and all duties associated with direct labour and subcontractor teams.
• Manage multidisciplinary construction projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion
• Ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental Policies are delivered.

MEP Project Manager requirements:

• Has experience of managing major Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing projects
• Experience working on a Nuclear Licensed Site would be advantageous
• Be able to go through full security check
