Mechanical Project Manager

A Mechanical Project Manager is required for an SME contractor who is happy to work on a National basis. The contractor has been operating for 2 decades and the past 2 years have seen phenomenal growth hence the requirement for a Mechanical Project Manager.

This role is office based in Leicestershire and on-site 2-3 days a week on your projects, which are scattered nationally. No need to stay away from home.

Mechanical Project Manager responsibilities:

• Project Management of air conditioning and ventilation projects across the Healthcare sector
• Manage project from cradle to grave through to commissioning
• Work closely with the preconstruction and design team
• Take a lead on-site visits and ensure the project is running smoothly to its programme
• Procurement of labour and materials

Mechanical Project Manager Requirements

• HVAC Installation project management experience in particular air conditioning and ventilation
• Ability to build solid relationships
• Technical skills
• Excellent communication skills

Mechanical Project Manager Benefits

• £55,000 - £60,000
