Job Purpose

ICE is seeking a strategic and results-oriented marketer on a fixed-term contract for maternity cover. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing at ICE, the candidate will develop and implement marketing initiatives across ICEs Data business, with a particular focus on supporting growth initiatives in Europe. The candidate must be able to link marketing strategy with the overall business strategy by creating and executing campaigns that will support business objectives and demonstrate ROI. They will be responsible for understanding customer segments, and applying an integrated approach to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for our solutions. This position requires an enthusiastic self-starter who can work and communicate effectively in close collaboration with various groups across the organization, including markets, product and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with management, product, and sales teams to identify priorities and develop supporting marketing programs that are strategically aligned.
  • Plan and executive programs that deliver on improving brand awareness, as well as driving demand and revenue for ICEs solutions.
  • Create campaigns that leverage multiple channels, including content creation, events, social, digital and sales enablement.
  • Develop consistent messaging tailored to key regions and audiences that communicates and positions ICEs story and brand narrative.
  • Define success metrics for marketing programs and oversee monitoring, tracking, reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain collateral, including presentations, and website pages that communicate ICEs value proposition and offerings.
  • Continuously learn about the markets served, competitive landscapes, key influences on the business and customer requirements.
  • Effectively manage workload and prioritize multiple requests from various parts of the business.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience working in financial services, data, technology or related B2B services industry with ability to learn quickly and continuously.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing, business, or related field.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Eloqua & Salesforce preferred).
  • Proven success creating and executing multi-channel regional marketing programs based on customer data and analytics.
  • Strong channel knowledge as it relates to B2B marketing with an emphasis on digital; ability to incorporate a variety of tactics (digital, social, email, events, thought leadership, etc.) into a cohesive strategy that drives ROI.
  • Exceptional writer with ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling stories for the marketplace, excellent verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage to budget and to right-size initiatives based on requirements and constraints.
  • Sound professional judgment and ability to prioritize work under pressure and to multi-task competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and organizational skills; work closely with various internal teams and stakeholders across different geographies and teams.

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week .
