Zoop are delighted to be looking for a Marketing Manager to be joining a rapidly growing oriental restaurant and takeaway brand.

You will be a self-starter, ambitious, with a desire to drive continuous improvement within your areas of responsibility. You will have the ability to work well under pressure. You will possess a high level of organisational skills, have excellent interpersonal and management skills, and have a high attention to detail. You will be responsible for setting the direction of your teams day-day activities, ensuring that they are driven to meeting targets, striving for continuous improvement so that our brand is well represented.

Essential Criteria

  • Qualified to at least degree level (2:1 and above) in a Marketing/ Business Degree
  • Have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • A track record of marketing success
  • Practical marketing experience- delivering online and offline campaigns, as well as delivering comprehensive evaluation and analytics
  • Excellent and effective interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • High level of organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to work with limited supervision
  • Have the flexibility to work hours determined by the business from time- time- what may include working occasional evenings and/or weekends
  • An enthusiastic team player ready for a challenge
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • IT Literate and experience in all Office suite applications, as well as social media platforms
  • Experience of working within a hospitality or retail organisation

Desirable

  • Budget Management
  • Previous experience in CRM systems, email marketing and/or website CMS
  • Creative writing, Content/Copywriting and design skill to produce marketing materials offline and online

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creation and delivery of our brand marketing plan on time and on budget
  • Develop and build upon peak seasonal campaigns and Holidays-Easter, Halloween, Christmas, Eid, as well as seasonal Limited Time Offers and other national campaigns and marketing opportunities.
  • Project management of each campaign to ensure it is planned and executed well and produce follow up analysis and recommendations
  • Working closely with the operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of all marketing campaigns and ensure Operations and Marketing teams are communicating effectively.
  • Creation of engaging content for a range of marketing collateral including, brochures, websites, adverts, social media, newsletters and emails to create awareness and develop the brand.
  • Implementation of digital marketing strategy. This includes, but not exclusively, email campaigns, social media and other digital channels.
  • Tracking the effectiveness of all marketing activities through Google analytics and other marketing analytical tools
  • Responsible for maximising the potential of the company intranet.
  • Research and enter awards on behalf of the company, and liaise with external PR companies, and social media influencers.
  • Manage the Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts for the business.
