Sports Directory is a dynamic sports company selling quality sports equipment to schools & local authorities across the UK.
As part of our continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, creative, and talented Marketing Executive who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You will be working closely with the Sales and Buying teams and be responsible for managing and producing the day-to-day marketing activities for Sports Directory
Job Description
- Advanced planning of all Sports Directory marketing activities, including email campaigns, competitions, catalogue production, events and internal communications.
- Assist design team with organising and producing product photography and promotional imagery.
- Managing all social media platforms.
- Providing statistics and reports for marketing activities.
- Assist in maintaining the Sports Directory website.
- Producing professional copy for marketing materials, news articles, and press releases.
- Manage print and digital customer mailing lists.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suit packages, particularly Word and Excel. Additional experience with Adobe Suit packages would be advantageous (Photoshop, InDesign) would be advantageous.
- Previous experience of working with big companies and brands.
- An organised and pro-active approach to work.
- Comfortable producing written content to a high standard.
- A high level of communication and organisation skills
- An active interest in sports and education
- Experience working on a broad range of marketing campaigns.
- Hard-working and motivated.
- Organised and able to manage both internal and external working relationships.
