Are you a part-qualified Accountant or just starting your ACCA/CIMA journey? Do you have prior experience of Accruals and Prepayments? In addition to balance sheet reconciliations and assistance during the month-end period? As a result of incredible growth, we are working in partnership with an excellent Real Estate company based in the heart on London who are looking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a full time, permanent role and is truly a unique opportunity for an ambitious, hard-working Assistant Management Accountant looking for their next role. This Role is offering a hybrid working model – 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home (after probation).
The role of Assistant Management Accountant will be directly reporting into the Finance Business Partner by supporting on the accrual reconciliation process for all the regions and supporting the end-to-end revenue, billing, and debt collection process. The role will also support the wider finance team with projects where required.
Further responsibilities include:
- Support with month-end procedures including accruals, prepayments & balance sheet reconciliations
- Ad hoc projects and reporting support as required from the wider team.
- Responsible for managing the correct approval routes and timely raising of income during the year
- Assist with billing and audit queries
- Reconciliation and coding of inter-company invoices
The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on experience processing the monthly revenue accruals, very strong Microsoft excel skills and has a strong ambition to do well. They will also have the ability to work as a team player whist having a high level of attention to detail and able to work towards deadlines with the capacity to multi-task over several tasks whilst having great communication skills.
