We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Plumber to work on a static site on one of my clients most reputable commercial contracts.

As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible to ensure that the Mechanical maintenance tasks on the site are done on time and to schedule and be responsible for managing your day.

What will you deliver?

• Undertake/assist in ensuring the safe and continuous operation of building systems, plant, equipment, fabric, and grounds as part of a flexible maintenance team

• Carrying out the maintenance, repair and minor project works within Stobhill Hospital (Rowanbank LFPU and New Victoria Hospital) Glasgow

• Very much involved with the maintenance and minor works covering a wide and varied range of fabric and equipment

• Respond to any unplanned events in a timely fashion and in accordance with the SLA response and rectification times thus ensuring minimal failures resulting in financial penalties and contractual service failure points
