Maintenance Technician (Fabric Biased)

• 12 month contract
• £13.47 per hour (PAYE Rate)
• 40 hours per week

Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities

• To ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders and PPM's are completed within the contract defined time SLA's & KPI's.
• Contribute to the delivery of a quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of the Customer.
• Communicate daily with help desk, Supervisor or Manager regarding status of PPM and Reactive tasks or any other tasks.
• To ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
• Able to work form steps, scaffolding and other heights
• To carry out any additional duties deemed to be reasonable by the Manager or Supervisor
• To assist during inclement weather to load the gritter and assist with the gritting where possible in and around the roadways and footpaths.
• To be able to work shifts Monday- Friday as a morning and afternoon shift and be able to be on call every third week and weekend.

Maintenance Technician Key Skills

• Time served Fabric engineer with a maintenance background.
• Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance.
• Qualified in relevant trades (i.e: Carpentry, plastering, decorating or equivalent)
• Strong, demonstrable competencies in building services trades.
• Good customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• An excellent understanding of Health and Safety.
• Competent in the use of computers and data handling including Microsoft Office systems.
• Clean Driving Licence
