Job Title: Maintenance Administrator

Location: Six Hills Business Park, Melton Mowbray

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours p/w

Job Purpose


A great opportunity is available to join our fast paced Workshop support office function at our Head Office which is just off the A46 in Six Hills where we co-ordinate assistance for our customers and our fleet of 3,000 cars and light commercial vehicles.


You will help with the smooth running of the Workshop, ensuring that customers have a good experience with Radius Vehicle Solutions (which is a trading name of both 365 Go! & Global Go! Ltd) as they go through the Workshop process. This will involve managing the diaries for the workshop and Mobile Mechanics, managing customers’ vehicles into and out of the workshop and supporting with all queries. No one day is the same here so be prepared for multi tasking and thinking on your feet!


Your responsibilities day to day will be…

Contacting customers
Updating records
Supporting the customers in signing new contracts
Working with the Sales and Administration team
Updating the database on the status of each customer
