Salary: £23,081 to £28,851, dependent on experience + pension + 25 days holiday per annum

Purpose of the role
As our Maintenance Administrative Support, you will provide administration support services to all teams within Maintenance Support and Asset Delivery covering; SAP work management functionality, data input to Asset Inventory and Engineering Document Management System (EDMS), SAP Ariba processing and corporate data systems including MS Access. You will also be required to create and control reporting documentation, produced via the various technical sections of the Maintenance Support team.
Who are we looking for?
Our Maintenance Administrative Support will provide essential administrative support to the wider Engineering Maintenance Team, particularly supporting our statutory maintenance activities and record keeping. Responsible for producing, tracking, reporting and maintaining associated asset data to support the effective delivery of projects, you will ensure that SAP work management and other corporate systems are maintained and updated appropriately.
