Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Type: Full-time. Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm Friday 7am-12 Noon.

Job Location: Stoke-on-Trent. ST10 Area

Pay Rate: £12ph

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in shot blasting plasma cutter, but it is not essential. The Machine Operator will be responsible for supporting the engineering team in various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the engineering team in the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery

• Operate shot blasting and plasma cutting equipment (training provided)

• Perform general labour duties as required

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shot blasting and plasma cutting preferred, but not essential

• Ability to operate hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25kg

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to work in a noisy environment
