The role of Fleet Operative in Tamworth will involve:

Fleet compliance and management.
Establishing good working relationships with all stakeholders.
Driver and vehicle administration duties.
Ensuring customer service is maximised.
Providing support to Transport Managers.
Monitoring haulier performance closely.
Crisis management and investigation.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Fleet Operative candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Experience in a transport office environment.
Knowledge of vehicle and driver compliance.
A strong sense of Customer focus.
The ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong UK geographical knowledge.
Good written and verbal skills.
IT skills to an intermediate standard.
A background in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.
