About you...

  • To be confident in running a busy stove with a quality head chef/ kitchen manager.
  • Be able to cope under pressure in busy service times.
  • To produce high quality dishes, having some freedom on the specials board.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and high standards of the current kitchen environment and assist in completing any relevant paperwork.
  • Assist Head Chef in achieving margin targets for both food GP and food waste.
  • Working with the Head Chef to train & recruit all kitchen personnel.
  • You will come from a similar credible background.
  • Have a huge passion for developing classic dishes with a twist.
  • Enjoy being a strong team player and help junior members in the team
  • Be a worker not a shirker!
