The busy Dispute Resolution Team specialises in Commercial and Civil Disputes, Landlord and Tenant issues, Debt recovery and Neighbour dispute, and their new Dispute Resolution Lawyer will assist the Directors in implementing the firm’s vision and strategy for the firm as a whole.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring that the management of files and working practices within Dispute Resolution are in accordance with the Firm’s published Policies, Plans and Procedures and in line with individual Departmental Guidelines.
Providing a caring, quality service to the firm’s clients in accordance with the plans and targets of the firm.
Conducting own cases and assisting other fee-earners and partners in providing advice and representation to the firm’s clients.
Ensuring services are provided in a timely fashion and that the client is informed regularly on progress and costs.
Developing and maintain the competencies necessary to provide a proper standard of service to clients and maintain a record of professional development.
Ideally, you will a sound knowledge of all usual Dispute Resolution areas
A proven track record of business development and meeting clients face-to-face
Confident communication skills with clients and potential clients
Ability to manage own workflows and meet and exceed deadlines and targets
