Right now, we’re looking for a caring and organised individual to join us as a Laundry Assistant at Argyles Care Home in Newbury to help us be the positive difference to our resident’s lives.
Working hours and salary
£11.20 Per Hour - Plus £1.00 Per hour weekend enhancement
Saturday and Sundays 8am - 4pm (Can be flexible with start and finish time)
What your typical day involves
- Always maintaining high standards of laundry within our home
- Keeping our resident’s looking and feeling great; you will be responsible for washing, drying, ironing and repairing items of clothing as needed
- Maintaining linen stocks for day to day use around the home, you’ll raise any issues to the Senior Housekeeper as you go
Who we’re looking for
You take pride in ensuring your work is always completed to a high standard and can maintain an organised environment. Often managing multiple requests at once, you’ll be comfortable multitasking and where necessary working with other teams to ensure our residents are kept happy in their home.
