Job Introduction

Café Modern One based at the Gallery of Modern Art One are looking for a full time Seasonal Kitchen Porter to join our team.

Café Modern One is a busy 100 seater self service Café offering seasonal tasty salads, deli filled sandwiches, hearty soups, delicious hot dishes and artisanal baking all prepared from scratch on the premises.

Rate of Pay: £10.75 per hour

Working Hours : 30-35 hours per week will include weekend and occasional evening work. Shift timings will be from 9/10am to 5:30pm

For this position you must be available from April 2023 to end of September 2023 for full time hours

Main Responsibilities
  • Operation of Dishwasher
  • Assisting with cleaning of kitchen and keeping kitchen area clean and tidy
  • Assisting with food preparation
  • Completing tasks in line with COSHH, Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations
