Job Description

Fruit Towers - London
Finance

innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we’re blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We’re proud to call ourselves Europe’s favourite little healthy drinks company, but we’re still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.

what you'll be doing
We’re on the lookout for our newest Junior Supply Chain Finance Analyst to help partner our supply logistics teams.

As a business partner to supply chain you will be at the heart of supply logistics, helping us to understand the true cost of moving product around our network and helping the supply chain to understand the real cost of operations.

You will own aspects of in-year finances related to our network logistics (getting stuff to where it needs to be to be sold), working with logistic business partners to ensure finances are tip-top and reported back to senior supply partners in a clear and effective manner.

By partnering with our logistics teams, you will provide weekly analysis into costs V budget, highlighting anything that looks awry and aiding the supply team in fully understanding the impact of choices being made and relevant costs associated with that and ensuring we are delivering the strategy of the supply chain with as little variance to budget as possible.

As we recently launched our brand new finance system (D365) you will also have the opportunity to develop, build and integrate strong financial processes to our logistics variance analysis, leading to clear period end reviews within our 2 day finance close process.

Whilst this role is currently full time, we are able to offer it on a 4 days part-time basis if required.
you'll have
  • First experience of business partnering
  • Have a good understand of basic finance principles (debits/credits)
  • Analyse complex data and build a finance story
  • Influence others with strong insights and work collaboratively to our supply finance goals
  • Drive process change to build effective finance tools
you'll get
  • An in-depth understanding of our supply chain and its >€300m annual spend
  • A brilliant all round finance exposure to budgets, forecasts and standard costing
  • Opportunity to develop and flex strong business partnering skills
  • A chance to help build processes and controls around logistics finance
You will help us to keep doing business the right way – keeping innocent one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work, using our B Corp status to inspire wider change, and reinforcing our culture of staying little as we grow big. At innocent, it’s the relationships and friendships we create while working together, that make us who we are. It’s why we love hybrid working – a mix of connecting in person and remotely. We’re also aware that the world is changing, and we all want and need different things from our work and home lives. So, if you need to walk the dog, go to the gym, or have commitments outside of work, we’re open to talking through flexible working options that work for you and us.
In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an exciting, challenging role in a fast-growing and dynamic business, with plenty of career opportunities in the UK and across Europe as well as a competitive rewards package. We also have some great clubs, a free breakfast and as many smoothies as you can shake a stick at. Take a look at our reward page for more details.

If you think you have everything we're looking for and more, then we'd love to hear from you.

You'll need to get your skates on though, as applications close soon
