Job Title: Multi Trade Joiner

Location: Bangor office - LL57 4YH working in and around North West Wales

You will work on routine and maintenance repairs in both void and occupied properties, meaning your days will be varied and interesting. The works will include but not be limited to Bathroom and Kitchen refits.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience

• Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a trade background, within Joinery/Carpentry, that can cover a full multi trade role.
• Flexible Multi Trader to carry out routine maintenance and refurbishment works across residential properties
• Working in both occupied and void properties
• Working from job tickets or a handheld device daily
• Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
• Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
• Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards

About You

Ideally you will possess a joinery qualification with the ability to work across multiple trades, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service. We have exciting growth plans and want people who are equally as ambitious as we are.
