JOB SUMMARY

Calero, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for an Invoice Billing Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract in their UK office locations. Reporting to the Service Operation Manager (SOM), you will create and submit AP files to the customer(s) for payment in line with SLA/KPIs. You will be responsible for interacting with customer(s) and carrier(s) relating to invoice processing to resolve any items which prevent completion. You will also escalate open items to Service Operations Manager to resolve with appropriate Calero finance resource.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Make sure proper, timely and accurate invoice processing for assigned group of customers
• Implement customer requirements for GL Coding and Cost Allocations
• Partner with the carrier(s) to resolve billing disputes, manage and resolve disconnection notices
• Connect inventory information created from billing and/or provisioning details to support entire inventory
• Partner with Service Operations Manager to ensure support against customer objectives and needs

EDUCATION/SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION

• Bachelors’ degree in accounting, math, or analytical related field

EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 Years’ Experience in accounting, finance or data entry type roles preferred
