We are an established international SME based in Chandlers Ford, with over 19 years history in our industry. We are specialised in supplying service tooling to any off-highway machinery industry. We are continuously growing and currently we are looking for an experienced sales executive to promote, market and sell our product range to the overseas marketplace. Having experience in international sales and similar industry will be preferable but not essential.

Requirements

· Ability to sell over the phone as this is NOT a face-to-face type of sales

· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

· Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer needs

· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

· International sales experience will be preferable but not essential

· Marketing experience will be an advantage

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Sell over the phone, as this is not a face-to-face type of sales
  • Present, promote and sell products/services worldwide to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Package

· We are willing to offer a higher basic/package for the suitable candidate with more years of experience in the same industry.

· Office based Mon-Fri (8am to 4pm)

· 28 days holidays

· Early closing time on Fridays

· Pension

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,227.00-£25,763.00 per year
