Insurance Administrator/Technician

Cheltenham

Up to £24,000 depending on experience

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm - Hybrid options available

Fantastic opportunity to join a Global company in providing administration support at their Cheltenham office. My client is open to candidates working from home moving forward and will therefore explore candidates from the surrounding areas of Cheltenham. Some travel to the Cheltenham office will be expected.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Document Creation – gather information from files and use the data to complete standard document templates for distribution both internally and externally
  • Data Entry – Fully and accurately enter, amend, update and submit data onto the relevant systems
  • Management information – create and maintain electronic and paper files
  • Documentation checking
  • Claims
  • Premium processing

Requirements

You’ll have:

  • Previous commercial experience within an office based environment ideally
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Experience of CRM or database systems
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Great teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
