This is 6-month contract which provides an exciting and challenging development opportunity in the Capital Delivery Eastern - Assurance & P3M Capability Team. The role involves assisting with the management of Assurance data and information to support the Capital Delivery Eastern operating model.
This is an exciting time to join Capital Delivery Eastern as we progress with our Agile Client model, rising to the challenges the industry faces following the pandemic. The Assurance & P3M Capability team is playing a key role embedding the new Assurance processes to support the Agile Client model. We’re passionate about CDE delivering great service and are challenging ourselves to support the achievement of this in more efficient and effective ways.
As an Information & Reporting Analyst your main responsibilities would be to:
· Provide comprehensive information, analysis and reporting service.
· Assist with the management of the necessary processes, tools, and procedures to support an effective Project Management Assurance Framework.
· Collate, review and analyse a variety of information & data from Assurance activities to identify themes and trends.
· Production of range periodic information & reporting to inform business decisions.
· Summarise and present data and conclusions in the most appropriate format.
· Co-ordinate information management and record keeping.
· Organise and study data to provide business insight.
· Apply tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualisation.
· Collect, review and analyse a variety of information and data.
· Produce a range of periodic packs and other management reporting.
Essential:
· Strong Data management & objective analytical skills.
· Experience Coordinating and collating information.
· Strong administration and organisation skills.
· Ability to provide timely responses to enquiries and ad hoc requests as requested.
· Strong IT skills - Experience using a variety of recognised systems / software.
· Demonstrable reporting / report writing and presentation skills.
· Experience producing clear and concise documentation.
· Proven ability to innovate and create solutions to complex data / process issues.
· Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
· Educated to A level or degree level or relevant equivalent qualification.
