The fire & rescue service in Nottinghamshire is looking for an experienced, forward thinking, innovative and enthusiastic leader to join their team!

This role combines the leadership and management of a small team with the focus of improving their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion journey and engaging with their communities.

    £39,493 - £43,516 p.a.
    37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Working in a high-performing and enthusiastic team, the role will need an individual who can demonstrate how they are an outstanding leader, understand the sector and the current challenges and opportunities this presents, and demonstrate how they can assist the Service in achieving the objectives of their Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP).
