The key responsibilities for the Cardiff based Sales Advisor include:You'll be handling inbound calls from customers who want to buy services from a trained expert; you will listen to customer needs and understand their requirements to provide quality insurance solutions to help. You will need to identify customer's needs to provide appropriate optional extras so you can maximise your sales opportunities. You will need to achieve personal sales and performance targets, which contribute to the overriding business objectives.

The successful candidate profile for the Cardiff based Sales Advisor:* Previous experience in a sales role with a successful proven track record;

• enjoy working in a sales environment;

• target and results driven;

• passionate about service excellence and customer experience;

• keen eye for detail;

• ability to discuss sensitive topics with customers;

• strong IT literacy skills;

The successful Cardiff based Sales Advisor can expect: Starting salary of £25,000, inclusive of a training bonus of £250 for the first 6 months. This is to support you on your journey to maximising your commission earning potential. From six months onwards the OTE is a very realistic £35,000 or more with our generous Commission Scheme and quarterly Elite Bonus.32 days holiday - increasing with length of service (inc. bank holidays)
