Job Description

The successful HR Generalist will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for HR enquiries including global enquiries
  • Assisting the HR team with ER cases and leading on maternity and paternity cases
  • Coordinating all Talent Development including coordination on training courses
  • HR administration of the employee life cycle

The Successful Applicant

The successful HR Generalist will have:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to show initiative
  • The ability to grow strong relations with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Worked previously within a HR team and have a good understanding HR practices

What's on Offer

The successful HR Generalist can expect a salary between £33-36,000 plus a discretionary bonus (up to 8%) and benefits.

This role does offer hybrid working with 3 days working in the office.
