Procore is looking for a Senior Director, HR Business Partners for our International organisations to join Procore’s Global Talent Organisation as a strategic leader and advisor to our Chief People Officer, Global Talent Organisation Leadership Team, and Executives with employees located outside of the US. The HRBP function at Procore is evolving and changing as Procore grows. We need your strategic thinking, coaching, and development skills to globally shape and scale Procore’s Revenue Organisation and all teams with an international presence.

As the Senior Director, HR Business Partners, you’ll partner closely with business leaders, HR leadership, and employees throughout the organisation to ensure talent capabilities drive and support our business objectives. To thrive in our high-growth, dynamic environment, you’ll leverage your strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to build trusting relationships and accomplish business goals.

This position reports into VP of Talent Business Partners and will be based either in our Dublin or London office and travel periodically to other locations in EMEA, APAC, and the United States.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Talent Business Partners (TBPs) responsible for supporting international employees; critical business units include Sales, Marketing, and Product & Technology
  • Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organisation and people's needs
  • Partner with business leaders and the Global Talent Organisation leadership to design and operationalise international talent expansion plans
  • Assist with the change process as the company meets the challenges of hyper-growth and the need to scale
  • Partner with other Talent Business Partners and centres of excellence to ensure alignment and to create a healthy, cross-functional team
  • Assist in aligning HR strategy with business priorities to drive results and partner to create the right international coverage model
  • Improve manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities
  • Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyse trends and develop proactive actions to support business objectives
  • Communicate to a diverse population by flexing your style according to the audience

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience within a global Talent/HR organisation; 5+ years of people management experience; experience leading a Talent Business Partner team preferred
  • Experience supporting a global SaaS Sales organisation; experience with other functions preferred
  • Experience supporting a rapidly scaling revenue line
  • Confidence coaching leaders on driving talent strategies in a heavily matrixed environment
  • Experience partnering with HR functional leaders to build out international strategies including but not limited to total rewards, talent development, and talent operations
  • Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills paired with a demonstrated credibility in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
  • Critical thinker with an ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to business issues
  • Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritise projects concurrently
