Sitting within the Capital Delivery HR team in the NW&C Region, this role offers the full Human Resources Business Partner remit, advising on organisational and structural change and performance and senior talent management activities, translating business needs into HR solutions. You will use business data and insight to inform the design, development and implementation of HR activities.
You will need to use your business partner expertise to gain credibility from day one, enabling you to operate as a member of the senior management team. You will be solutions-focused, able to deliver at pace and confident to challenge at senior levels.
You can be based at either Manchester or Birmingham. Please note this a secondment/fixed term opportunity.
Every day will be different, but you can expect to be involved in the following activities:
1. Partnering with managers to deliver operational people solutions, in conjunction with the Capital Delivery HR team.
