Job Description
Applications are invited for the post of HR Assistant. These are new posts within the Recruitment Team as we work to streamline our recruitment processes from point of vacancy approval through to a new starter joining the organisation.
The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience of working in a recruitment setting though this is not essential.
To actively manage a vacancy from the point of approval, through advertising, shortlisting and interview.
To be a contact for managers and staff in respect of non-medical recruitment issues and general queries such as annual leave and flexible working. To resolve queries and refer to other members of the HR team as appropriate.
To support the Recruitment and Contracts Manager with initiatives to recruit and retain staff, eg attend recruitment fairs and workshops as required.
