HR Administrator (Recruitment)

Applications are invited for the post of HR Administrator focusing on Recruitment, working as part of the HR Department at Marlborough College.
The College welcomes applications from candidates who would like to pursue an Apprenticeship, or recent Graduates interested in developing a career in Human Resources. No previous HR experience is required (but would be desirable). Candidates must be willing to undertake training and prepared to commit to studying towards a Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualification.
This role is a full time, 37.5 hours per per week, 52 weeks per year.
