Housing Support Officer- £17.00 per hour - West London
London Local Authority is seeking an experienced Housing Support Officer to support their housing management service within the borough.

This is an ongoing temporary role to start ASAP and will pay £17.00 per hour PAYE,

Reporting to a Customer Service & Re-allocation Manager, the Housing Support Officer will provide and promote a professional, high-quality, front-line customer-focused service to all customers. They will be a vital link between the housing reception front office and the back-office functions, including liaising and working with tenancy and rehousing teams and sign-posting residents and callers to other services, including income, housing/welfare benefits, repairs, and housing register.

The ideal Housing Support Officer will have previous experience in working in a similar Housing role delivering a high-quality customer service to tenants and residents. CIH or related qualification is essential.
