Payment £10.79 per hour (West Sussex Grade 3)
Contract 20 hours per week (10.00am-2.00pm daily)
We are seeking to appoint a Housekeeping and Lunchtime Assistant to provide support across the school with mealtime preparations and arrangements, laundry and dishwashing.
We provide healthy hot meals to all our children in the Nursery School and to our younger Daycare children and would like to appoint a new member to our team, who will help us to heat and serve our ready prepared meals. You will help to create friendly, sociable mealtime experiences for our children, whilst developing their independence skills.
Previous experience in food catering and training in food hygiene is desirable but not essential as training will be given. You will need to be efficient and be able to work as a team, with the ability to see what needs to be done.
The post is currently 20 hours per week Term Time for this academic year, but hours and weeks worked will be reviewed with the successful candidate once they have settled in to the role.
