Compass Associates are proud to continue working alongside a valued client who are seeking a registered Home Manager for one of their new elderly residential and dementia services, located in the Nottinghamshire area and opening later this year. The successful candidate will ideally hold a level 5, strong management experience and a genuine passion for delivering care and assisting residents by going above and beyond.
This would be the perfect opportunity for an experienced manager with the right can-do attitude to join a service that offers residents high-quality, individualised care within state-of-the-art, luxurious environments.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally hold a level 5 and strong management experience with an excellent attitude towards delivering care and being a team player. An understanding of the CQC framework is also essential in helping this new home be set up for success. You must also have strong communication skills, the ability to lead a team and liaise with community to help fill beds.

Location
The home is based in the Nottinghamshire are and is commutable from Leicester, Stamford, Grantham, Newark-on-Trent, Mansfield, Belper, Deby and Loughborough.
Summary
My client is seeking an experienced home manager with a positive can-do attitude to lead a brand new, state-of-the-art residential and dementia service. The candidate must ideally hold a level 5 with strong management experience, good CQC compliance and a positive attitude towards delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Due to the home being a new build, previous experience in marketing beds and increasing occupancy would also be welcome.
In exchange my client is offering a salary up to £65,000 per year plus additional benefits and bonuses.
