We are looking for an excellent customer focused individual to join our busy team of Help Desk Operators. You will have good IT and administration skills and be able to communicate effectively over the phone, via email and face to face.
The role is part-time, three days a week at 7 hours per day between the hours of 8am – 6pm Monday to Wednesday.
We are a small team of around 15 people and we work closely with other teams in Estates and Campus Services. We deliver an excellent customer service to our students, visitors and staff alike.
