Job Title: Headteachers PA
Salary: TRS Support Staff NJC Pay Scale. Grade 6 points 23 – 27
(£26,991 - £31,229, pro rata applied)
Contract Permanent
Type: Full Time Term Time only plus 15 days (36 hrs 40 mins per week). 15 days to be allocated in discussion with the Headteacher, however, you must be available at the beginning and the last week of the summer holidays.

We now require a talented and committed individual to join The Radclyffe School to ensure that effective administration support delivers capacity and continuous improvement. This role requires a friendly, efficient, enthusiastic and organised approach to all tasks. You will be required to provide administrative support in respect of recruitment, the employment and payment of staff.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and ambitious professional to make a tangible difference to students but also to our staff. You will support the Headteacher and act as the first point of contact from people in and outside of the organisation whilst also providing HR Administrative support to the HR Manager. Having prior school experience is not a pre-requisite for this post as we know that capable and talented individuals can learn systems quickly. As Headteachers PA you will have the passion and pride to fulfil this role and provide a high level of professional and administrative support.
