Head of Sales - Contact Centre

Job Description

The Head of Sales - Contact Centre will:

  • be responsible for the day to day management of the sales retention teams and support the implementation of the strategic, marketing plan reporting in to the contact centre manager
  • the head of sales will be required to engage with key stakeholders across the entire business whilst driving performance and YOY growth
  • create new initiatives that will achieve the d2c forecast
  • build, develop and promote an effective, collaborative and engaged team
  • inspire and lead the team creating a harmonious and successful team
  • establish clear revenue KPIs and track performance on a regular basis to achieve the key objectives


This role is based 5 days per week in the Kent office.


The Successful Applicant

The Head of Sales - Contact Centre will come with the following skills and experience:

  • a strong track record of managing and driving a contact centre or customer service team
  • a commercial background, managing a team with KPIs / clear commercial and revenue targets and objectives
  • a sales and marketing background and knowledge of CRM and software platforms relevant for contact centres
  • team management experience
  • project management experience and skills
  • highly commercial and strong with data and numerical skills
  • a sales ability and track record
  • highly organised with excellent presentation skills
  • energetic, highly motivated
  • problem solver, skilled in objection handling
  • a strong coach who enjoys developing their people and teams

What's on Offer

Up to £60,000 base salary + OTE and benefits
