Role: Account Handler
Location: South Manchester
Salary: Up to £28,000 plus Benefits
NJR Recruitment have a fantastic new and exclusive opportunity for an Account Handler to work with one of our key clients, an Award Winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners as part of their highly reputable insurance team based in South Manchester.
Joining the business as Account Handler, you will provide an outstanding level of support to Account Executives for both their commercial and private insurance clients. Although including some private client work, this role will be heavily weighted toward commercial insurance therefore commercial knowledge and experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing an effective, exceptional support to Account Executives in respect of their insurance clients' needs.
- Dealing with all broking aspects including New Business, Renewals and Mid-term Adjustments across a range of commercial insurance products.
- Ensuring all client information is recorded accurately and kept completely up to date.
- Responsible for completing paperwork, collecting premiums, preparing invoices and issuing policy documents.
Background and Experience Required:
- Commercial insurance broking experience is essential, with knowledge across a good range of products. Personal Lines knowledge would also be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both in a verbal and written manner.
- Able to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues alike.
- Excellent IT and Administration skills, in particular the ability to use Microsoft Excel.
- Acturis knowledge would also be fantastic.
