My client is looking for Team Leader within the Safeguarding Team in Kingston
This is a full-time post at 36 hours a week.
Suitable candidates must have a degree in social work and be on the SWE register.
Candidates must have recent experience within a Safeguarding Team & managing one to be considered.
Candidate must be office based a minimum of 3 days a week, so must consider the journey.
- Team holds CIN, CP, PLO and Care Proceedings until final order.
- The candidate will directly line-manage 4-5 Social Workers.
- The Team Leader will report to the Head of Service.
