Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Photographer to join our estate agents team. The role will be split 50/50 between office work and appointments. While in the office, you will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for our social media accounts, helping with photography editing when required, and occasionally assisting the media team to take photographs of the properties.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for social media accounts
• Help with photography editing when needed
• Assist the media team to take photographs of the properties
• Work methodically and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus
• Have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD)
• Previous experience in photography & editing would be beneficial
• Have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Hard-working and willing to learn and develop within the company
• Friendly approach and manner
• Ability to organise time efficiently and have good organisational skills
• Have a full UK driving license and own a car

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
